My name is Mary Kate McKinney, known to most as Kate. I recently moved to Kansas City, MO with my husband, Greg, and twin six-year-olds, (boy/girl) Jack and Traeh, a four year old girl (Autumn), and my youngest guy (Kent). You can see their cute faces in the picture below! 

I am a stay-at-home mom, church planter, and occasional writer. I live between church, home, and the occasional date night to Target.

I got into essential oils to help support my hormones and emotions and just haven't been able to quit talking about them since! We use them for everything around here!

I love cooking, baking, and reading when I get the freedom to. I'm a minimalist at heart and working towards being one in real life. I am also really good at overthinking things, and I hope this blog will help me sort out my thoughts and empower you along the way.
